My older two don't like when I coo to it, but they sure don't mind eating it either.
That's right, I love my sourdough starter. I was gifted a seasonal sourdough cookbook and I've been working my way through the recipes.
In Maine, I made a Tomato and Lebany Galette, a.k.a., a pizza.
Not as pretty as the cookbook's but highly edible.
