Must be time to roast some pumpkins!
I had a recipe for Butternut Squash and Cherry Bread that became Pumpkin and Cranberry Bread. I thought it sort of screamed "Massachusetts in the Fall!" And it turned out so well. There were also pumpkin pancakes and pumpkin oatmeal and pumpkin oatmeal pancakes. The children ate it all, despite their picky tendencies. There may be hope for those darling ingrates.
