We bought Frances real hiking boots this year, in hopes she could wear them to school in the snow and leave them on all day comfortably.
Last year, she wore snow boots to school and carried sneakers in her backpack. I'm hoping this year's plan simplifies our lives with only one pair of shoes to find before school each snowy day. Little things like that matter when I'm spending thirty minutes getting the kids bundled up for school. She promises she'll wear them. Hmmm.....
