This time in Maine, we joined Mimi, Sir and our long-term buddies, Mim and Cathy. Mim and Cathy are seriously good aunties. They will swim with my children when I'm huddled on the shore too cold to move.
Does it get better than that?
It does not.
Not sure how, but Mimi and Sir discovered a trail around Moose Island. We've sailed past Moose Island approximately twelve thousand times - at least once damn near hitting it - and never noticed this trail, but it's a beaut. Ferns, berries, water and coastal views. Officially not bad, particularly with Mim as your Primary Child Wrangler.
