We made it to another Trotter Year End Recital. Frances got to choose her own clothes, but still went with blue and white. And she let me put her hair in pigtails, my favorite of the three hairstyles I can help her with (straight, ponytail, pigtails).
Mark surprised us by showing up at the recital. He had to take a taxi, but he got there! The girls and I were so pleased. And Mark and I were so very proud of Frances. During the recital, she was clearly working hard and enjoying herself. Parents can't ask for much more than that!
