And Now Some Pictures of Chandler Trying To Drop Her Nap
Just to be clear, in this following picture, Chandler had fallen asleep in her car seat and then slept through a transfer to the front seat while I collected my things. She did not actually ride in the front seat.
Sweet Jesus, just sleep in your bed already! And boy, don't I like those orange striped pants.

Seventy-Nine Months of Kindergartener Frances
Here's the big seventy-nine month old, playing her little sister's Zingo.
Seventy-Nine Month Fun Fact
- Big Feelings: The girl has big feelings. When her little sister gets a game, Frances needs to play it and she needs to operate the dispenser. Or she gets jealous. She probably needs many more siblings to give her more practice at not getting everything she wants whenever she wants it, but she's not gettin' any.

Your wish...
Frances has been asking - ok, she's been begging - to go to the aquarium for quite a while now. We finally relented (and got a membership too, so prepare yourselves for lots of blurry fish pictures).
We changed things up this time, and started at the top of the giant tank.
And then worked our way down.
No one fell into the Shark and Ray tank this time. Hurray for us!
I believe this was Chander's first fully-mobile trip to the aquarium. She was suitably impressed.
And then, as always in that part of town, we wandered around the neighborhood attractions. It's such a great area for kids.
First, the sprinklers:
And then, the carousel. Ride 'em, cowgirls!

She Lost A Tooth!!!
Thank the Lord, Frances lost her first tooth! I didn't lose my baby teeth until very late, and I think the dentist "encouraged" most of them to vacate the premise. I really didn't want Frances to experience that, but it looks like we're in the clear. A little later than her friends, but not too late that the dentist had noticed.
We were all very excited.
And then we read One Morning in Maine, naturally.

Sunday Afternoon Nap
Mark and I like a good post-church nap. Little Person is not so enthralled. We put her down for a nap in her own bed, but she wandered into our room. We just pretended to be asleep, and soon enough, she'd made herself comfortable and fallen asleep for real. Good thing she's cute.
